Q: What is the minimum order?
A: Minimum order is $50.00 before taxes & shipping.

Q: How do I place my order?
A: You can order by phone, or fax.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Varies by what you order and where it is being shipped to. Shipping on average is approximately 10% of the value of the order.

Q: How do you ship?
A: We have three main couriers UPS, Purolator, and FedEx. We selectively chose these companies because they will actually make an attempt to deliver to your door, and not waste your time asking you to pickup at the closest depot.

Q: Do you design custom jewellery boxes?
A: Yes we can do a custom designed jewellery box just for your company. You get to choose the shape, materials, colors, etc. Or you can ask us to design a box completely for you. Please note that it does involve a significant investment, but to have your own box can be very rewarding.

Q: How can I submit my logo?
A: All artwork is to be submitted in a vector format, and print ready. Artwork can be submitted by the following software: Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator(preferred), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Pagemaker, Coreldraw(PC), and Quarkxpress. Any adjustment will be charged extra. You can e-mail your file to (info@sunnymarketing.com).

Q: I don't know how to design a logo using any of the software. I simply want my company name printed on the front and back. How much would you charge me for artwork design?
A: FREE. If you just want your company name and address with no fancy design, we will do it for no charge.
